"Vi havde 3 overnatninger i et swim up værelse og er uden tvivl et besøg værd.
Værelserne er super hyggelige.
Toilettet er ikke særlig godt afskærmet fra værelset, men sengen er god!
Betjeningen er generelt god og personalet er høflige og hjælpesomme. Priserne på maden kunne være billigere, men portionerne og kvaliteten er god, så det opvejede for priserne.
Alkohol er alt for dyrt på hotellet og vi endte med aldrig at købe en flaske vin til vores mad af samme grund.

"What a little gem of a hotel. Our family of 4 stayed for 5 nights in one of the 2 bed apartments, really comfortable and well maintained. We all really enjoyed it, a perfect mix of chill and local trips. It was useful having our own car due to it being 10 minutes from Tulum. If you go to Tulum, make sure you get down to the peninsula rather than sticking to the Main Street which was a bit limited.
The Sargassum (seaweed) on the beach was frustrating and the hotel did what they could to deal...

"What a relaxing vacation, with the Caribbean Sea just outside our door and a swimmable cenote 100 feet away. Our room was impeccably clean and our host and his staff were amazingly attentive. They can arrange lots of activities, including snorkeling and diving trips or transportation to the ruins, town or other activities. The food and drink at the outdoor restaurant was awesome. The live music they have every Sunday was our favorite!"

Huset er virkelig fantastisk at bo i. Så smukt med de fire afdelinger og pool imellem.
Cenoten som ligger helt tæt ved er en kæmpe oplevelse, hvor vi brugte flere timer.

La chapa de la puerta está floja y cuesta trabajo cerrarla, los mosquiteros no están bien sellados, las llaves de la regadera no funcionan bien, había focos fundidos y que parpadeaban constantemente (no relacionado a la alimentación de luz solar, porque otros focos no parpadeaban). "We were a family of 5 and after a few complications finding the right rooms Jazmin in the front desk showed excellent customer service and found a great solution for us.
The hotel is really really nice. The rooms are spacious and new. The pool areas are fantastic, the beach is wide and white and the food and drinks were above our expectations.
The only thing to consider is if you need connecting rooms. If so, this is only available with a booking in family selection, which is at a premium price. Service and quality justify the price, but it might obviously be too much for some.
For all who can stay in one room or do not need connecting rooms this hotel is highly recommended."
"The pictures at Hotel.com’s website is absolutely no similarity to the currently condition of this hotel!… dirty, worn out and in desperate need of some maintenance.
We checked in at approximately 15 pm. (prepaid) and checked out again 15:30 pm. due to the poor state of this establishment.
Takes about 15 minutes to drive the 1.3 km from the exit of the main road to the hotel due to the bumpy dirt road."
