Professionally managed by Holiday Rentals Australia, this well-appointed apartment has stunning views over Manly beach and very comfortable accommodation for your stay with everything you need for up to 4 guests, including parking for one car, a well-equipped kitchen, all bedding and towels and free Wifi. Backed up with 24/7 help from a dedicated holiday rental agency, you can rest assured your stay is in good hands. Please read the listing in full prior to booking.

A comfortable two bedroom fully furnished apartment just metres from the beach. Capable of sleeping four adults as standard with one king size bed in the main bedroom and a choice of two single beds or one king size bed (depending on requested configuration) in the second bedroom.

The apartment has been modernised to cater for everything a holiday visitor may need and we try hard to keep it in a condition we would expect when renting a holiday apartment ourselves. There is fitted air conditioning in the living room which adds extra cooling on hot days if the beautiful sea breeze isn't enough as well as ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

Please note if your stay is to include the nights of Christmas or New Year's Eve a 3 night minimum stay is required.

This property is managed by Holiday Rentals Australia, a professional and licenced dedicated holiday rental agency. All guests are urged to read the House Rules prior to completing their booking; these can be found on the final booking page along with Airbnb's Terms and Conditions.

The apartment is not suited to families with children under 5 but young, sensible children over that age should be fine. This is a no smoking apartment.

Free parking is available with one allocated parking space suitable for a small to medium-sized car in the resident's section of the building car park.

All the apartments we manage come with a Welcome Letter and instructions so you know how everything works to ensure you can get the most out of your stay. All bedding and towels (note one bath towel per person) are included along with beginner basics such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, shampoo, bodywash and toilet paper to get you through the first few days.

Prior to arrival we ask all guests to quickly fill in some contact information on our Guest Registraton Form and tell them a little bit more about how we hope they'll look after the apartment.

Please note as we continue to improve the property over time the furniture and furnishings may change from those shown in the photos. On Wednesdays of each week there will be some noisy construction works happening in the building but this is just kept to one day per week during working hours by the building manager.

Bookings made less than 2 days before the arrival date may not be able to be provided with your preferred bedding configuration. Please message us before booking to check if a certain configuration is particularly important to you.

This is a quiet building and we expect all guests to be considerate of the neighbours. Please treat the apartment as your own but please no wild parties. We kindly ask guests to wash and put away all used items from the kitchen and leave any rubbish in the rubbish room when they leave.

Prior to arrival, like staying in a hotel, we ask guests to fill in a registration form to ensure we have full contact details for them. This form also provides more information about the property and how to ensure you get a 5 star review.

Guests are required to advise us of their chosen bed configuration for the second bedroom at the time of booking, if we do not get this information the bed will be made as a king bed. Please be advised bookings with arrival in less than 48 hours time may not be able to get their choice of bed configuration. Please message us to check if needed.

Please note, guests are to sleep in beds only; using the sofa as a bed is not accepted. If it seems guests have used the sofa as an additional bed then furniture cleaning and sanitation charges will apply.

Wonderful property - would totally recommend!

We absolutely loved every aspect of this property. It was a great location, central to everything and we would stay there again. We would totally recommend this property to others wanting a getaway but still wanting to be close to everything Sydney has to offer. Great restaurants nearby
