"Owners are on the property all day. Rooms were stocked with everything - right down to night lights in the bathrooms and extra fans (ceilings & floors) in all rooms with A/C which made the rooms VERY comfortable, as much bottled water you needed WITHOUT charge, the free snacks in the office were out of this world, the pool was VERY clean. Love the hospitality by the friendly owners - we would definitely stay here again!!!"

"Fantastic location! Central to everything. We were able to walk everywhere. The home is well appointed, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Having beach towels available was an added plus. Dream kitchen with Viking appliances and the dual pot/k-cup coffee maker made our coffee drinkers happy. Mark was so easy to work with, too! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!"

"We loved our stay at this Keywest property. It’s a perfect spot for a celebration getaway. There is Willy T’s next door with live music so you have entertainment on your patio with amazing music. The property is large enough with the two pools and 6 rooms to host a large group. You can walk everywhere as it’s in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again. Thank you! "

"We had just a short 3 night stay. All the extra little touches made our stay special. Such as; A bottle of wine to welcome us, coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and ice machine for us to use anytime. Free happy hour drinks gave us a chance to meet people. The location was perfect for walking to Duval St restaurants and shopping. Kevin and Heather were very good to us. "

"The accommodations were very nice and comfortable. The place was clean and well maintained. TV/cable instructions would have been very helpful. The upstairs hallway smoke detector triggered for no apparent reason and i had to stand on a stool to deactivate it -kind of dangerous."
