"Initial room was unsuitable for our needs, as booked, but thanks to Natalia whose professional outlook actually found a suitable room, our stay was enjoyable although breakfast prices were beyond our budget so we ate offsite . The only thing was was missing in our room was an information booklet regarding site facilities, menus, local amenities etc. and more importantly tv instructions."

"Booked an executive room based on the pictures - but the room I received did not live up to the advertised room. Much smaller - not 40 squaremetres in my opinion - but a separate small room when you came in - with 2 chairs and a TV - and then a narrow hallway to a normal sized bedroom."

Derudover var der meget smalt på værelset så man knapt nok kunne komme ind og ud og reception (med undtagelse af en ung dame) var ret uhøflige. De rengøre kun en gang om ugen, så man skal genbruge sengetøj og håndklæder igen og igen. Der er ingen håndklæder til at tørre hænderne med kun til store til efter bad."

"Dejligt hotel, Sødt personale, pænt indrettet og en god placering i Oxford - dog lidt slidt badeværelset der savnede en grundig rengøring, da der var skimmel rundt omkring.. Udover det er det et dejligt hotel, rimelig centralt og bussen til lufthavnen går lige uden for døren."
