"Beautiful outdoors area, though the noise from the busy road was easily heard. The room was disappointing. Situated in this building, we had expected more. It was very simple and boring and on top of that the carpet was stained and dirty. The bathroom had a very loud fan, no toilet brush and everything was discoloured. All in all, the place was OK, but we felt disappointed because of the pictures and grandeur of the building."

"Brilliant find. Stayed here for one night as son was passing out at pirbright, but service was excellent. Staff were lovely and couldn't be more helpful. We stayed in room 59. Was lovely, clean and modern. Nice smells throughout. Xmas decks on point and we noticed it isn't too far from the big shopping centres. Truly worth a visit. Breakfast great value for the area. Can't praise this hotel and it's staff enough. Everyone from the cleaners to the front of house was polite, friendly and helpful."

"Very enjoyable stay for a Christmas event. The food, waiter service and music/DJ were all excellent and the photography was an unexpected highlight for the evening. My only comment is the room could have been better decorated with Christmas decorations as the outer edges of the room were quite bland."

"Ok for one night but funny old smell in restaurant and very slow cooking even though we were only 2 in the restaurant. Wifi didn't work when reception turned it off in the evening by mistake and didn't work next morning either."

"Every detail was thought of! All the staff are so knowledgeable, very polite, and really make the stay special. The site is kept in good condition as well. "
