"stayed one night, what a great place, everything was perfect, very close to the beach, really quiet at night, the owners provided fresh milk, orange juice, and some crisps, biscuits, and cereal. Loved the beach decor in the room, if I am ever back in the area will stay again."

We did not use the facilities in the holiday park but many others staying nearby seemed to be having fun, especially families with children. We enjoyed the use of the porch very much each evening after spending time in Barton on Sea with our friend. Alison was an excellent host who helped us with several matters. "We used as a crew house so the fact the rooms can be set up as three twins was ideal. Some padding on the low ceiling over the stairs! Forgot to duck a couple of times."

"Great base to explore IOW (by car), nowhere is very far away.Enjoyed visiting Godshill, Shipwreck Centre, Carisbrooke Castle, Newtown Nature Reserve, Freshwater Bay (great waves!), Cowes, Sandown, Ventnor and Shanklin. Also climbed Bembridge Windmill and had lunch at St Helen's beach.Had a boiler breakdown on first morning so had no hot water for 4 days, happened on the Friday so difficult to find someone to repair it.
