"I loved this property. It was exactly like the photos, only better. We had lots of space for the five of us, and the kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed. The lanai had a lovely view of the pool area. The saltwater pool was so warm and inviting, and the way it's situated you are protected from the high breezes. It was a 5-7 minute walk to Brenneke's and Poipu Beach on a lovely walking path, and a different path had a 10-minute walk to Shipwreck Beach and the Grand Hyatt. the...

Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys to use were a nice touch. Plenty of space to spread out for our party of 6. Mattresses were comfy. Pool is gorgeous. Quick walk down to see the sea turtles. "This is a very modern updated property in a wonderful resort area on Kauai. It's great for a group of 6 people with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants close by. Any issues that came up or questions that we had were handled quickly and happily. Totally appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, boogie board, floaties) that were available to use as well."

Kitchen was fully stocked, there was beach equipment including chairs and an umbrella which was so appreciated! The outside had a nice seating area and was close to the pool for the kids. "The Regency Villas 3 bedroom property is well-furnished, large, and comfortable. We were surprised by how complete and extensive the beach items were: many towels, chairs, boogie boards, umbrellas, and a large folding cart to put everything in. Poipu and Brennecke’s are a close walk along a pretty path and well maintained grounds. The pool is good sized for family recreation but not for laps. The kitchen is more than sufficient if one wants to cook. Staff are available by text and very helpful....
