I booked and paid for a 2 bedroom villa for 8 days, once I got to the Sheraton, you check in with the front desk but they have NO control over the reservation. We were not reserved for a 2 bedroom villa, instead, a 1 bedroom villa and adjoining studio. A wall separating with double doors. Not what we paid for or wanted. We were traveling as a family and wanted the shared space. Based on what we got I would have preferred 2 hotel rooms for half the cost! The owner or someone split the reservation so that we were suppose to change rooms halfway thru the stay and after 4 days move to the 2 bedroom villa except we had a catamaran trip reserved, no way to move. They just kept us in this arrangement knowing we were very dissatisfied!! We were booked as owners? So charged an owner daily fee of $40. Then they combine the resort fee with your parking fee so an additional $40. The confusion at the 2 reservations took us 3 hours to get in our room. We were booked under 2 different owners names so we hassled the whole time charging anything to the room. I carried the confirmation of the room with us to constantly prove we were in the room. Because they book you as owners, your room is only cleaned every 4 days. The hotel is not able to help you with anything!! I highly do not recommend anyone booking for these villas, you are at the mercy of owners who will not respond and help you, the hotel will not help you and you are treated horrible for tons of money.
