"The Sheraton Kauai is a beautiful property and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The staff and check in process was courteous, efficient and seamless. Most likely the result of my VRBO host being on top of everything. I had great communication with Ana and she fulfilled everything as agreed upon. Will definite look her up for any future vacations. "Stunning property in a beautiful location in Poipu Kai resort. Very close to a lovely pool with BBQ area. The villa is well equipped for both adults and kids. The host is very responsive and helpful. Within 5 minutes walk from Poipu beach where the sea turtles come out to sleep on the beach at sunset. Also only a 5 minute walk to the Hyatt with its amazing grounds and the koi - fish food is provided to feed the fish!We will definitely be back!!"

"We were worried about the reviews about the temperature, but they kindly offered fans. A hiccup the first night- the master was 81 degrees. They were super responsive and helpful and sent someone over quickly and when we got home from dinner the temp was 72!! I learned a few tricks too- close the bathroom and closet doors, keeps lights to a minimum and shades closed. No problem and I am a hot sleeper! The decor is high end and very comfortable. Ocean view amazing. Sheraton beach a 5 minute walk...

"Beautiful place with a great location. Easy check in and check out process. The place had everything we needed... from kitchen supplies to plenty of towels. Beach chairs, umbrella & beach toys to use were a nice touch. Plenty of space to spread out for our party of 6. Mattresses were comfy. Pool is gorgeous. Quick walk down to see the sea turtles. Nice patio for sipping morning coffee. Loved everything about it. "

"Great stay! Beds are comfortable. Hot showers with great water pressure. The condo is well stocked and has thoughtful details throughout. The AC was sufficient and kept all the rooms cool. The complex is well maintained with staff helping to keep the pool area tidy, grills clean, and enforcing quiet hours by opening and closing the pool. "

"This is a very modern updated property in a wonderful resort area on Kauai. It's great for a group of 6 people with plenty of room to spread out and relax. The beach is a short 10 minute walk and there are many restaurants close by. Any issues that came up or questions that we had were handled quickly and happily. Totally appreciated all of the beach gear (chairs, boogie board, floaties) that were available to use as well."
