"Night and day difference between the rooms shown here and in person. Dark and poorly lit rooms in need of major renovations especially the bathroom of room 32 see pictures."

"Loved plenty of parking, room cleaned every day and breakfast included. Would love to have a few throw pillows and blankets in the living area. Would love to have coffee in the lobby earlier than 7:30."

"The bathroom has no exhaust fan. Interestingly enough the Cook county code requires all residential and commercial bathrooms to have exhaust fans. Also, the staff falsely charged my incidentals for some water they were selling in the lobby and I pointed that out so they had to remove the charge."

"Nice place, good breakfast."

"Dejligt lydsvagt værelse på trods af nærheden til lufthavn"

"Beautiful facility. Everything was clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good and the staff very helpful and courteous. Parking was good, however I did find business cards on my car when I came out in the morning for a massage business and I was parked close in a handicapped space so no one should have been around my car. That needs to be stopped for the safety of guests."
