"We recently stayed at the Hyatt Ziva and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The entire property was spotless and beautifully maintained. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Even though it rained on most days, in true Caribbean fashion it never lasted long, and we still enjoyed plenty of time at the beach and pool. The staff did a great job keeping everyone entertained despite the weather. The water park was fun, clean, and never crowded, and the resort overall...

"Great place had everything we needed in an apartment for a productive stay . Rosa was great at front desk . Beach could be better but overall peaceful. Be aware they charge an electricity fee upon arrival , didn’t know that until we checked in . Overall a nice place in front of beach and gated and close to shops and restaurants. We walked everywhere no need to uber / taxi unless excursions ."

"I loved the resort, and the staff were very helpful and respectful. I didn't know there wasn't a beach and the ocean in front of us looked like a dirty river. We had no beach & ocean time. I didn't care for any of the food, but drinks were great."

"Property is inside an apartment complex very hard to find. The person with the key doesn't answer the phone. The property is clean however the uber service doesnt pick people inside that complex you need to walk about 3 blocks to the main street mind you 1 block is in constructions right in front of this place you have to walk over rocks and dust with your luggage. Terrible experience "
