"Property had not been cleaned in some time. Looks like it "sat around" empty for several weeks empty. Floor definitely was not clean. General property was run down. Toilet did not flush very well taking 3 X's to clear any/all material. Host did not respond to our emails seeking information in a timely manner. We were given no phone number or name of host, only the owner, who, after much effort in reaching him/her, gave the manager's number to contact. Manager held us to exactly 4 PM check...

"The accommodations were exactly as shown in pictures, actually even better in person. The kitchen was well appointed with various seasonings, which was very helpful. The location was smack in the middle of the beach so it was central to EVERYTHING. There were lots of flotation toys to enjoy in the ocean, which were complementary. The only negative comment which was not the properties fault, was it’s next-door to the rainbow café, which has loud music from 11 o’clock am, well into the evening...

8/10 God
"Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
