"The apartment was lovely, once we found it. We were fortunate to find a friendly gentleman who called the owner for clarification as to the location of our apartment. Be aware that parking is not nearby and so a few trips with luggage may be in order. The space was sufficient and close to the beach to watch the sunrise. The pool was very nice. There were not face wash cloths that we could find, so maybe bring a few with you. Overall it was a nice apartment and was adequate for our needs."

"This was a great place. It was clean, well located, and right on the beach. The beach was easy to access, the neighbors were quiet and respectful. We used the beach chairs that were there in the apartment. Plus, we were able to watch the fireworks in Marigot. Americans & Canadians - don’t forget your Euro plug power adapters. We would highly recommend this place and would stay there again. "

"This oceanfront condo was perfect. From morning sunrises, coffee and French pastry or evening cheese plate and wine on the porch, it is the perfect setting. Quick access to Orient Beach was just what we were looking for.Check in and check out was a breeze. We would return!"

"The place was clean and ready when we arrived. If you are American be prepared for the stove and countertop to operate by French rules- totally fine. Also, the only en-suite bedroom is the one on the first level. I wasn't sure about that until we got there. You'll have to leave the bedroom to access the bathrooms. This has a central location making it easy to drive anywhere from Grand Case to Phillipsburg. "Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
