The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"The only thing I would like to mention is that we booked a room with a kitchen, but it didn’t have an electric pot, a rice cooker, or a pressure cooker. So, since my son eats beans, we were never able to prepare food for him. It’s just common sense that if a room has a kitchen, it should come with all types of pots."

"I have to start by saying the beach is beautiful. The location is great not far from the boardwalk / phillipsburg or Simpson bay. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Taxi rides aren’t that bad, $20 to get you to most places. $40 on the high end the farther you go. Great vibes. Only negative I would say is the rooms are a little on the shabby side but take in mind they did get hit hard by the hurricanes and are still fixing stuff to get back to pristine. But overall great trip....

"The hotel is located very close to the airport, right on the beach. There was free parking, great restaurants in walking distance. The beach was clean and beautiful and included umbrellas/chairs and a bar. Service was really great.
The room was clean and well furnished. The windows are rather thin, so if you are close to the pool, you might have a hard time sleeping in. Next time, we will request to be on a higher floor.

"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends and told us they would refund it to the card. They have not done it. It is 3 months ago and we would not recommend this place anymore.It us to be so wonderful and now it is bad service and full of stories."
