Laasen var tydeligt klar til udskiftning. Medarbejderne blev foerst "smilende" i loebet af opholdet. Morgenmaden som vi fik en voucher til paa den naerliggende bistro "Pelican" var ikke en rigtig morgenmad. Man skulle vaelge mellem een drikkevare (kaffe/te el vand eller juice f. eks) og een madvare (f. eks aeg og bacon paa en...
"It is frustrating when hotels start giving you an inferior room than you have booked. We had booked a room with a seaview, but this was not the one this hotel tried pass on to us. This is unfortunately a classic event when we book through Hotels.com.
Also the aircons in our rooms were extremely loud, and could not be turned off."

"Sonesta was alright as a whole. The good things about this resort is the facilities and the options and selections of restaurants, drinks etc. The bad things about the place is definitely the service. I have rarely experienced such bad service on a holiday. The service (or lack thereof) was mainly an issue in the restaurants, where the staff was rude. I even had a waiter rolling her eyes because I asked for a baby chair. "

"Dejligt værelse. Restaurant har ikke 5-stjernet niveau. Meget støj i dagtimer fra nærliggende lufthavn. Meget støj fra alkoholpåvirkede gæster pga all inclusive."

man tænker på caribiske strande.
Et meget stille område hvor du føler du har stranden for dig selv. Spisesteder inden for gå afstand.
Ikke noget prangende byggeri, men utrolig charmerende, fordi man føler at virkelig falde i med stedet og kan slappe af.

"We spent 5 days at this beautiful resort. Everything is as pictured. Very luxurious. Valet service is offered if needed, and the guys are pretty amazing, Luke especially. The view from the dining veranda is breathtaking. We ate breakfast there every morning by the pool, everything was fresh and flavorful. We loved Lidienne, McKennly, Niteisha, and the young Gabrielle. They were awesome! They went above and beyond, every time. Our party rented a cabana by the pool, it was clean, cool, and cozy....
"This was our 3. stay and it has totally CHANGED. We got a room smelling so bad of smoking and no excuse. The location is FANTASTIC by the beach and the smiling girl at the restaurant at night are wonderful. But the staff manager she is full of stories. We bought friends from Europe this time and they were treated so bad-like running after them at the beach with the bill for drinks they already had payed to another waiter. We paid a bill and and then they charged the same bill with our friends...
"On arrival, we were offered a reduced price upgrade to a beachview room with combined lounge and kitchen plus large bedroom and separate bathroom. The kitchen had most appliances needed but only one ring on the oven's top plate functioned, the other three didn't! We only got tepid water from the hot taps the first day, but a complaint to reception solved this. We had CNN on the cable TV the first evening, that disappeared next day and never returned, despite reception said that a cable repairman...
