"This is a beautiful, cozy well appointed home. First, beds matter to us. Due to sleep schedules, I had the chance to sleep in the master suite, and the guest beds. All were really comfortable with high end linens and pillows. Second, cleanliness. This unit was spotless. Thoroughly cleaned in every regard. Third, location matters! This is a very safe and convenient location. It is near “hot spots” but out of the worst traffic areas. There are fun spots and phenomenal restaurants within walking...

"Overall the entire facility is dated. The photos were deceiving. The photos are taken at an angle that doesn’t show the roofs that you are looking down across and they are in bad shape. If you have a mobility problem the tubs are very hard to get in and out of. Beach is extremely narrow and not a lot of space.It’s a very quiet area with plenty of parking and very easy to get to. "AMAZING! The apartment was exactly as described. It was clean, the balcony large, the location by the airport and Maho Beach was perfect for us, and the nearby grocery store and restaurants was convenient. The view of the airport and beach was stunning. Our communication with the owner was well received-they responded promptly and courteously. I highly recommend this stay."

"This was our 3rd stay at Rainbow Beach club. First time in this unit. We arrived early due to our flight being ahead of schedule. Had to call the owner Mike as the lock was time delayed. Once inside the unit it was very warm and we had to call Mike as the AC was turned off and we couldn’t get it to turn on. The unit was clean. The next day the fridge stopped working.Mike instructed us to turn the fridge off to defrost it which was problematic as we had just been to Super U and bought groceries...

"After a bit of confusion about checking in, we arrived and after that everything was great. It was a surprise to find the window was onto a corridor, but the air con was good so no need to open a window, and also helped to make the room quiet."

"For 1551.00 a week total in , was the the greatest place , no windows to look out of , no pool , no balcony , kitchen light about the sink was a strobe light when using any water , bathroom or sink ??? Rooster and babies squawking 4 AM in the morning keeping you awake, was not happy for the money I spent, pictures show nice place , could of got better for that kind of money, sorry no referrals"

"Great apartment (B-1501) with a stunning view and fantastic location nearby Mullet Bay beach. The staff was kind, and very helpful and quick to respond when requested. The room description on their own website (not hotels.com) was apparently not up-to-date (we were told by the staff) and therefore a bit misleading why some equipment was “missing” (at least according to their website). The drain in the showers smelled a lot some of the days randomly without any known reason. The kitchen could benefit from more cutlery since four people needed to run the dishwasher almost daily. Overall, the apartment was really nice. The obvious reasons for choosing this apartment is the fantastic view and short distance to Mullet Bay beach. "
