Stay at Sofitel Sentosa
It is really exquisite surroundings, with a very tropical feel. The hotel is located at a quite area of the island, which was really nice. Please note, that there is a lot of kids (which can be a plus or a minus depending on your circumstances). The best part of the hotel is definitely the pool area (which from our experience also has the most service minded staff). They could consider “seating” at the pool, so you are shown to a chair when arriving and it is taken when you go, as a lot of chairs were taken by towels (with no people) … Overall the standard and the service is not what we would expect of a 5 star hotel. We tried the spa, which was honestly underwhelming. The service and facilities could really use an upgrade. We needed to ask to actually find it (note is is located a 10 min walk away from the actual hotel), as it is not told to you where the facilities are. Overall a nice stay, but the facilities and service level should be better at a 5 star hotel.

Flot men slidt, beskidt og underbemandet.
Lang ventetid i receptionen. Manglende tilbagemelding ved henvendelser i receptionen. Lang ventetid til morgenmad. Men rigtig god morgenmad. Beskidt og nusset. Værelserne store og flotte men indelukket og klamme uden mulighed for at åbne vinduer og ingen balkon. Vi brugte en del tid på at pakke ned og ud, da vi skulle tre værelser igennem for at finde et acceptabelt værelse. Flot poolområde og fin betjening her. Men rædselsfuld musik hele lørdagen pga. af poolparty om aftenen med gæster udefra. Massage og spa ligger 10-15 min kørsel væk i bus. Total underbemandet. Vi fik dog kompensation for alt besværet med en tre retters middag på huset samt sent tjek ud.

Dårlig oplevelse og dårlig service.
Jeg er meget skuffet over opholdet. Jeg havde købt opholdet for at have en afslappende weekend, men lørdag fra kl. 14.00 var der en privat fest ved poolen hvor der var DJ og utrolig højt musik, som umuliggjorde det at slappe af og ligge ved poolen. Det var hovedsagen til at vi var tager på hotel, at vi kunne ligge og nyde poolen og solen. Ikke være indlagt til at høre dårlig musik blæst ud over poolen.

Dejligt sted at slappe af i Singapore
Dejligt hotel med skøn beliggenhed for børn og familier der søger ro og oplevelser uden for den pulserende by.. Tæt på alt ude på øen og skal man spille Golf på Asiens bedste bane, er der max 150 meget at gå. Gode senge og morgenmaden er også helt fin.

Absolut en stor skuffelse, hotellet er kategoriseret som fem (5) stjernet, hvilket formentlig har været tilfældet for mange år siden. Meget nedslidt og forfaldent, hvor vi erfarede skimmelsvamp i fugerne på både toilet og badeværelse. Hotellet er pt. under en tiltrængt renovering, hvilket tydeligvis havde en meget negativ indflydelse på vores ophold. Hotellet burde ikke modtage gæster og tage fuld betaling for fem (5) stjernet staus når dette er i den triste tilstand som pt. er tilfældet. Kan kun anbefale at søge andre hoteller i Singapore, hvor man får en langt bedre kvalitet for sine penge.

The hotel has definitely seen better days. Look closely and you start to see peeling wallpaper, water stains in rooms, indoor furniture worn and/or stained, mattress was definitely old and not flat. Outdoor furniture is just worn and dirty. Last, the food, the hotel is charging 5 star prices but delivering 2-3 star product. I spoke to the duty manager about my concerns and a he asked me to talk to the GM on his behalf…which is not my responsibility. I stayed at this hotel many times before it became a Sofitel, it was great then but is a total disappointment now. I think Sofitel is taking the piss out of customers. I do not recommend Sofitel Sentosa.

It's a terrible experience! The very first step into the hotel was shouted by the receptionist "HOLD, HOLD, HOLD..........." He was also using a hand gesture to push me back! There were no other guests in the reception desk, and I saw no reason for him to shout at me! Well, it happened that he was waiting for the prior guest to come back. A more polite gesture and explanation can help! I wonder if this is the way how they greet their guests. This was just the beginning! When I finished check-in, the reception sent us to the villa by car but forgot to give us the keys! The driver had to go back and get them. When we entered the villa, we realized that a construction site was just next to it. Machines operated loudly and we could hear workers talked to each other. Noisy and annoying! How can the guests relax and enjoy in a resort hotel like this??!! Facilities in the villa were all worn out. Not worth for a dime, definitely no return and highly not recommend.

Kallis kuntoon ja palveluihin nähden. Huone siisti ja tilava, oli amme sekä erillinen suihku, pyykkinarukin löytyi. Toimiva ilmastointi, minijääkaappi jossa ei juomia tms. Terassi aivan karsea, ei kaidetta, maan tasalla, laudat lahoja ja huone suoraan parkkipaikalle. Aamiainen runsas ja monipuolinen, myös kasviksia löytyi! Iso uima-allas ja ilmastoitu kuntosali ulkona, riittämiin laitteita, hyväkuntoisia. Illallisravintolassa Pan Asiassa ei toiminut lainkaan tarjoilu, viiniä ei tuotu vaikka 3 krt sitä tilattiin, ruoka oli monipuolinen. Sokkeloinen hotelli. Rannalle laskeudutaan 132 portaan verran, ei huonokuntoisille!

No value for money
This so-called resort is under staffed. Team is not professional (except very few) and not convenient at all for a business stay. Would be a disaster for tourists. SPA is the worst I every had.
