"I travel to Japan annually on business trips. This brand-new hotel is excellent, with many fine Japanese details. A very beautiful room. Lovely pool and spa area. The staff seemed a bit stressed at breakfast, but overall, it’s an excellent and beautiful hotel. I would love to revisit"

"I will rate this hotel as 4.5 stars rather than perfect 5 stars. The minor complaints are the breakfast and the location. The Japanese breakfast here is not as flavorful as the one I have in Tokyo (another 5 stars hotel). The location is far away from high end shopping malls and the surrounding area looks like a very average neighborhood."
