Meget central beliggenhed
Godt hotel med fint værelse. Eneste minus var at vinduet vendte mod en lille skakt, hvilket dog gør at der er meget stille om natten.

Fine location, good hotel
Small hotel right next to the Plaza Mayor, excellent location on the main drag down-town. Small attic room (in my case) - cozy, with a fine bathroom with "the small extras". Very fair for the price. Spotless all over, The air-con could only be turned on/off from the reception, a bit inconvenient. Breakfast, however, a sham for the price! I went next door... In all, OK for a night's stay.

Nice city but Hotel promise more than it keep
The city is definately a very nice but touristic city. The hotel claim to have near by P facility, but when asking for the Parking they send you a few Km away. Only after having asked again, they inform that you (At very cheap price) can park in the green zone, and that was not difficulty to get a P space allthough a lot of visitors to the city. Wireless was not working very good at the hotel.

Excellent hôtel and outstanding service with a near ideal placement two steps away from the Plaza Mayor. Only drawback is the lack of parking but they offer a Valet service for 17 Euros per day. Other than that a very solid choice and highly recommended hotel.

Rooms were clean and personnel was helpful. However we were trying to contact property in advance (via Phone & text) to ask further info about the spa services. Nobody replied and we found out when arrived, that the Massage services were fully booked. Given that we booked Spa property for it´s services - while the price was quite high- this experience was a pretty disappointing.

It is necessary to make your reservation in advance at least 48 hours before arrival at our establishment. Offer subject to availability and coordination of schedules with the hotel. Not accumulative to other offers or discounts”. We suggest your visit our website on www.lacasamudejar.com to learn more about these services and how you can book them (the hotel cannot guarantee availability of these services if they are not pre-booked)”.We didnt receive a response from you.We regret that you could not use the massage services because we did not have availability when you asked us on the day of arrival.Best regards, The Property

Good central option
Good option, very close to the Plaza Mayor. The staff were friendly, the hotel was a bit of a maze. The room was comfortable. We didn't use the spa as it was extra.

It’s an older property so I wouldn’t expect the building to be in perfect condition. It was clean and the beds were comfortable but there was no bathroom ventilation and some area of the walls needed repairs. Also extremely difficult to find parking anywhere nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Good hotel but spa needs attention
Ideally located and good service, but couple notable problems: 1) sound proofing is poor. Had to call desk at 12am to complain about really noisy family upstairs. 2) Massage services are professional, but the jacuzzi water was cold. I wasn't only client to complain about this, but nothing was done. Since clients pay 20€ for an hour of use, heat should not be in short supply. Plenty of hot water in bathroom though. Good breakfast buffet, but pastry shop next door is not to be missed.

La ubicación es excepcional el personal muy agradable en la zona de Spa la persona que te lo explica con demasiada prisa , la habitación fría la temperatura la regulan desde recepción y cuando no estás no funciona porlo que cuando llegas la habitación está elada el baño bañera tradicional ponía hidromasaje baño incómodo para levantarte del inodoro te das con la pared de enfrente el que sea grande lo pasa mal  Relación calidad precio mea decepcionado mucho he estado en muchos que porla mita de precio estaba la aviación mejor Por eso pongo decepcionado

Se quedan con tu dinero reservando por error
Muy malo reserve por error y no me devolvieron el dinero llamando 10 minutos después y no me han ofrecido ningún tipo de alternativa ni solución. Piensen si reservan se quedarán vuestro dinero ante cualquier imprevisto

Overall it is a charming, beautiful property in an historic building. The breakfast buffet could have been more attentive to juices and beverages on the table (there was no water or juice on the table) and the air conditioning was inadequate. But overall we enjoyed our stay!

Perfect location in heart of beautiful old city.
Location in heart of town is wonderful. The spa is an extra €25 pp and it is unique in that it has old Roman ruin elements in it. It was a self service arrangement where you take yourself from one element to the next (hot showers, colder showers, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room etc). We asked about doing massages or spa services but they said they didn’t have staff that day so we didn’t try that aspect. Didn’t have time to eat any food at this hotel but there are lots of good restaurants nearby. Front desk staff very nice and helpful.

Hotel muy caro para ser 3 estrellas, sin aparcamiento. Bufet muy pobre, y ¡¡¡ hay que pagar aparte el spa !!!. Vale que cobren los masajes, pero el spa del hotel ... es excesivo. Muy bien las chicas de recepción. No tan bien el encargado del desayuno. Parecía malhumorado ...

Efectivamente nuestros servicios de SPA no están incluidos en el régimen de sólo alojamiento tal como especifican claramente todas las páginas de reservas con las que trabajamos: el SPA sólo está incluido en las tarifas que explícitamente lo indican.
