"Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I came up for our anniversary and to catch the Sharks/Kraken game, not the out come we would've liked. Check in was easy and the parking garage was nice. The condo was just as it was described and a plus was the Brita water pitcher ready to drink in the fridge ( it's the little things). Location was great, easy walk to Pikes Place, Climate Pledge Arena and lots of options of places to eat. Would definately recommend without hesitation."

"Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. "The rooftop facility is amazing! Everything is very new and modern and well equipped. The owner is extremely helpful and responsive. Will definitely stay here whenever we come back to Seattle"

"The property was amazing. Things I didn’t like, it was a basement unit, and always cool. No way to control the temperature ( that I could find) in the unit. The only parking is on the street. I had to plan ahead what to bring in. The neighbors in the back, had an Apple tree. There were yucky, dead apples all along the path to the back and the stairs. I was visiting my grandson in the UW district. Was very convenient for that "

"We stayed here 2 nights. There were 4 kids 2 adults and it was perfect. We felt safe and comfortable. It had plenty of space for us all and is quiet. Only thing is if you're going ro use the couch hideaway bed bring your own sheets and blankets because there is nothing there."
