Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. No need to waste time looking for parking around the area when you can safely park in our covered garage! We have one parking space for compact vehicles only ($35 / night). Please contact us if parking is needed. There are several convenient alternatives nearby. Additionally, there are parking garages in the area that can accommodate larger vehicles. I recommend checking out the Seattle Convention Center parking garage or other public garages close by for more spacious options. NO smoking and vaping is allowed within the property. Any guests beyond the number listed on your itinerary will be charged a penalty of $50 per person per night. We reserve the right to terminate your stay without a refund if you exceed the maximum occupancy (6 guests).
