The apartment is well appointed and provides what you need for a few days in San Sebastián, from beach towels to rain umbrellas (yes, both are definitely called for!). "This is a lovely apartment, comfortable for 3 people, in an ideal location in the town of Zarautz. Our hosts were very helpful and responsive, and provided a great guide to local restaurants (almost all the food there is good, but it helps to avoid a couple of tourist traps) and to public transit (we ended up not using our rental car at all). "This apartment is in a really nice, convenient location for 2 of San Sebastián’s beaches. Less than ten minutes walk to the central beach (nice for a morning swim) and about 15/20 mins to the quieter, wilder surf beach, Zurriola. Good cafes, restaurants and bars, below (Could be a bit noisy but this was expected and not too disturbing as you are 5 floors up). They felt less touristy than in the old town (although it was nice to dip into that scene too and again was less than ten minutes easy...

"We had 3 wonderful nights in this small but nice apartment in the center of San Sebastián. You can easily reach the fantastic beach within 5 minutes walk, and all the nice restaurants in the area Apartment is clean and with two comfortable single beds and a futon for the children. There is no air conditioning, but we didn’t need, even though it was summer. The windows are well isolated and we were not disturbed by the noice from the street during the night."

"We had been hiking in the Pyrenees for 5 days and then started across the northern coast sightseeing. We caught the last 2 days of their summer festival quite by accident but enjoyed it greatly. We wanted a place near the beach and this was perfect. One of the kids had to go back to Madrid and the high speed train was just 7 minute walk. I would definitely consider staying here again.
