"The stay was good overall. However, I have paid extra fee for a partial bay view, which was an absolute scam!! The extra fee did not provide anything even close reminding of a bay view. When I addressed the issue at the reception and showed them a picture of the view I’ve got, I was told that the hotel consider this to be a bay view. See the picture of the “bay view” I’ve got and paid an extra fee for."

Fantastic service and well located hotel. Love the friendliness of all the staff and nice touch with record players and Vinyls to borrow.
