"We requested a crib for our toddler, but wasn’t in the room when we checked in late at night. Asked reception for it FOUR TIMES before they after several hours finally said they didn’t have one, despite accepting my request in advance and advertising that they have cribs. "I’ve stayed here about 4 or 5 times now while traveling. Seven minutes from sfo (no traffic) and in the tech area of south SF so it’s quiet and safe. My only complaint is the property could use a refresh. The staff obviously takes great care of the hotel and rooms but it is outdated. "
