Service and hotel was good. In the middle of nowhere with very dark roads (not made for pedestrians) so definitely need a car. Or do like us and walk around on the roads and take taxi at night. Took the bus there. Not easy but manageable.
Nice restaurants as well.

"Very quiet environment without too many tourists around. Some restaurants nearby and the BBQ Ishigaki beef restaurant is around the corner. Overall it is relaxing."

"Firstly, the hotel and room condition are very good and the staffs are so kind.
We visited the swimming pool every day and all the life guard are very focus on the visitors. One girl looked really exausted and one of guard took care of her (at that time, her parents were not aeen there. )
PLUS, breakfast was good and sanlaku and kanawaza restaurant were very nice.
I really had a good time on my vacation. Thank you!

"Generally a good stay, but we experienced the breakfast to be very busy and a little bit chaotic. The hotel should prioritize a way to make it more relaxed. E.g. by setting up zones with some simple walls that can help lower the noise."

The room had lots of options for hanging items to dry (which was super appreciated given all the snorkelling to be done). They have complimentary drinks including awamori in reception in the afternoons which was a nice touch. There is also an onsite onsen (but did not get to use) only minor criticism was they had very limited hours for the pool, typically after a day...
