Service and hotel was good. In the middle of nowhere with very dark roads (not made for pedestrians) so definitely need a car. Or do like us and walk around on the roads and take taxi at night. Took the bus there. Not easy but manageable.
Nice restaurants as well.

"This place was great to wait out the typhoon, we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet it had lots of different choices. The hotel itself was ok. The mattresses were very uncomfortable as was the 1 pillow it gave each bed. There was microwaves on one floor only and no irons in the rooms for clothes. We had asked for one but they never ended up bringing it to us."

There two pools, one on the second floor and a rooftop one. The rooftop one costs extra unless you’re staying on the top 3 floors, which wasn’t clear when we booked.
They also have the rule of no tattooed, which is very racist towards the local ryukyu population which traditionally have indigenous tattooes. I didn’t mind covering up, but I mind the racism
