When we arrived, our receptionist was Laura, she is a nice person, and the hotel is in a good location.
But we had a bad impression with the entrance to the building and also with the room. The bathroom has no ventilation and the air conditioning did not work properly in our room.
When we first asked (on Saturday) the receptionist to fix it (I think her name is Madelaine) - she said the ventilation was at minimum and then set it to maximum ventilation. We set the AC to 65 degrees Fahrenheit, 18 Celsius, but the temperature inside the room remained at 76F, 24C. Then, on Sunday, we talked to her again (same person), then she said that on Monday she could call a technician to fix it, and then she offered us a bottle of Prosecco (of course, so we could relax). But... we did not see her again for the rest of 5 days at the thotel the technician never came and we spent 7 days like that :((.
We were celebrating our 20th anniversary (and we left a message mentioning this when we booked) but we didn't even hear "Congratulations".
Usually, in good hotels, people greet you when you arrive and also offer you a glass of Prosecco (at least!) to celebrate important dates.
So I don't know if people staying at this facility have never been to really good hotels because I always check the reviews and if there was a review like mine before booking I would not book this hotel for sure! In a city like Rome, with so many options including at Piazza Navona, I do not recommend this hotel.
