"1hr late check-in to a dirty Deluxe Suite (dust) with smelly water under the floorboards (in front of the right bedstand) and a very noisy AC with moldy smell. A shame for an otherwise beautiful hotel with always smiling hotel staff. Pool bar was nice."

"Large property, with lots of things for the kids to do. Staff were all helpful and friendly. Kids loved the kids club, free arcade, pools, playground and chocolate hour! Breakfast buffet had a huge spread and a little corner for kids to take their own food! Special shoutout to the chef at the beach ..."

"I would say the best resort in Bintan, you have 2 pools to use, and it’s in the cove so the water is extremely calm. The staffs are very friendly and the room itself is new! Best bed to sleep in! They even have movie nights on Sunday with free popcorn and 50% discount on food and drinks by the bar ..."
