Morgenmaden og rengøring i top og hotellet ligger i et stille kvarter, og ikke langt fra den indre by.

Luksus hotel med et højt service niveau
Vi oplevede i særdeleshed en fin service fra personalet på hotellet. De 3 værelser vi fik var ikke helt som vi har bestilt dem. Det nævnte vi overfor personalet i receptionen, og dagen efter fik vi nye værelser, som levede helt op til de krav vi havde. Et af de nye værelser var tilmed større end det vi havde betalt for. Hvad angår morgenmadsbuffeten så var den helt i top, med et stort udvalg. Om aftenen købte vi ofte drikkevare i baren på hotellet, hvilket resulterede i at vi et par gange fik drikkevarerne gratis. Det er en service vi ikke har prøvet før på andre hoteller. Derudover talte personalet i receptionen godt engelsk og man kunne spørge dem til råds angående aktiviteter i byen. Hvad angår aktiviteter i Rom så var Vatikanet og borgen "Saint Angelo" ca. 10 min. gåafstand fra hotellet. Mens Colosseum, som lå 3.5 km væk fra hotellet, tog ca. 25 min ved at tage metroen. Derudover er der er mange restauranter og butikker i nærheden. Især på hovedgaden "Cola Di Rienzo" som er få blokke væk fra hotellet. Det er bestemt et hotel som kan anbefales.

Dejligt hotel tæt på det meste
Lækkert moderne hotel placeret relativt tæt på det centrale Rom. Husk at tage morgenmaden med - det er klart den bedste hotel morgenmadsbuffet vi har set.

Hotellet levede fuldt op til vores forventninger. Maden i restauranten var rigtig indbydende og der var rigeligt at vælge imellem. Men men men, wifi er slet ikke tilfredsstillende. Det kører utroligt langsomt, og man bliver tit smidt af.... Kan man leve med det, så er hotellet, og dets placering i byen virkelig godt. Kan klart anbefales

Well, you are in Italy! But for that, the hotel and the service is great. The staff treated us like in an 5 star hotel! Thanks for that. We had a junior suite. It was in the 7th floor. The suite is not big, but we had two rooms, good with kids! The room was clean and had a mini bar and a balcony. Breakfast was good for Italy. The restaurant could have a little more to offer, but what we had, were ok. We reached all by foot. Even the colloseum. The furniture isn’t the best but clean. All in all it’s a great choice.

The property had construction going on outside and inside the hotel. I was given a unclean room and discovered black mold around the windows...lots of black mold. You are not able to control your own thermostat to the temperature of your liking. The hotel had the heater on when we were sweating. Had to open the windows and hear all the screaming and noise from outside. Showed staff the pictures of the mold, built up dust in the vents and the bathroom; they didnt care. The only plus to the hotel was they ordered a taxi to the airport, which was cheaper than getting myself. Also, the breakfast buffet is very nice.

Lovely hotel with really nice staff. Superb location in Prati. Every major sight was walkable within 20 minutes and wonderful restaurants and shops were just at the top of the road. The only slight drawback was that the hotel was being refurbished when we stayed. Otherwise, everything was great.

We arrived early and Michele gave us free early check-in because our room was available. We arrived at approximately 9:30 from the airport. Room had a nice size bedroom and a nice size living room with a desk if you happened to want to work in the room. Ammenities included shower soaps, shampoos, conditioners, lotions and hair dryer, so you don't have to pack those things if you are staying here. There was even a toothbrush and paste. They order you a cab anytime you need one and it arrives in 4 minutes or less. There are restaurants and stores a block away. It us a 5 minute walk to Castel Sant'Angelo and a 10 minute walk to the Vatican. Very safe area and there is a small grocery store basically next door. A great place to stay with a very comfortable bed. Enjoy!

Overall this was an excellent stay. Location is great and there is a small market right at the corner as well as a couple of restaurants that stay open late. Staff was great and very friendly. The front desk person that checked us in noticed that it was my girlfriend’s birthday and sent up a cake with a handwritten birthday card from the general manager. We included the breakfast option and overall it was worth it. Plenty of breads, pastries, cereal, cold cuts, cheese, eggs, bacon and sausage. Also coffee/espresso machines and fresh juices. Walkable to almost everything. Pantheon was about a 20 minute walk, castle st Angelo was a 12-15 min walk, Vatican Museums was about a 12-15 min walk, Colosseum was about a 40-45 min walk, Spanish steps and Trevi Fountain was about a 25 min walk. All in all major sites/attractions are walkable. Area is safe and quiet. Takes about 35-50 min (depending on time of day) to get to/from airport. Rooms are spacious and close to American standards (seems like room size and bed size is generally small in Europe). I would recommend and stay again at this hotel in the future.

Nice location. We walk to everywhere from there. The neighborhood was our favorite. Neat facilities and friendly staff. Btw, walk means walkable not close, is around 5 km to center Rome and 1 km to Vatican but it's worth it!
