"Room was absolutely beautiful with picturesque views. Room was exactly as shown during booking. Property is very clean and quiet. Gali, Ramses and Adriana were always present to make sure my stay was comfortable. They were great to talk with and excellent resource to good food spots. I will definitely come back here."

"Staff unfriendly at check in. Most places were not open. All rooms were rented had issues, chili g smoke detectors, that took two days to fix, broken phone, toilet and shower. Room decor for birthdays were not done, mine said happy honeymoon and I came solo. Just overall very dissatisfied with this resort. They need customer service help."

AND WAS SUPPOSE TO FIX HOT WATER TANK ADVISED TO USE ANOTHER ROOM ALSO NO HOT WATER,' PAST UPSET MY ROOM THEY DID NOTHING AND AGAIN COLD SHOWER NOT EVEN WARM , FORGET HOT.
