Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...

"The woman that worked the night shift is an actual saint. I arrived at midnight after a day of moving my house and driving from NY with my dog and kids. She saw the exhaustion on my face and jumped right in to make sure I got in easy. She helped me with my bags and my car and just ushered us in to our room to rest. I love this woman. Give her equity. "

"Everything was great! If I had to mention something that stood out, that was outstanding it would certainly be the patience and kindness of the Valet gentleman that helped me search for my missing glasses! He went above and beyond to help me try to find them, I did later find them! The overall “Graduate” theme was carried out throughout the hotel, and it was fun to see all the decor. The staff were warm, welcoming and helpful! We ended up ordering several appetizers and entrees for dinner...

"This was my first stay at this location and when I tell you how amazing this place is. I was greeted by such a nice man (Bryan) upon my arrival, he was just so courteous and attentive. Unfortunately, I didnt get the other 2 staff members name, but they both were equally nice. Now, this was the cherry on top for me and that was the Breakfast Bowl prepared by the kitchen staff.
