"Room was WONDERFUL. ALL the staff is very friendly and courteous. Love that there are plenty of towels in the room. The shower head is great! The tub is great! Food was really good; at the bar, dinner and breakfast. Bed was very comfortable."

This place is unremarkable, pictures on the site are unrepresentative and service is horrible. 1) service: This hotel is in the gold hotel.com rewards program. As gold members we should therefore be offered both a free drink and a complimentary upgrade if available. On this particular day the hotel was mostly empty. Upon check-in the person at the front desk entirely refused to provide either rewards although acknowledging that it was clearly stated...
