"The room had an odor to it. They need to upkeep the property. The tennis courts are falling apart. The sidewalks and stairs outside need repaired instead of putting orange cones on them. For the price they charge, I would have expected toilet that didn’t feel like sandpaper. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Overall very disappointing."

"Dated. Check in line very long and room not ready until 4:20. Room very far from check in and we found easier entry from the back which the should have told us. Breakfast buffet too expensive. No good recommendations for lunch."

"Good for a quick stay, but paper thin walls…"

"I think for the price I was expecting more. Maid service was upon request as opposed to a daily default. There was no room service. No kitchen other than for breakfast so no restaurant. We had trouble with our remotes but we weren't visiting to watch TV. Parking was very good. The guys were on top of bringing your car up as needed. The staff was friendly although there was more of a bed and breakfast feel than the staff of a major hotel chain."

"Room was clean, staff and service were great!"

"Amazing. Loved this hotel."

"Horrible customer service"

"It was a fraude. You pay but property Is not to rent. I lost my money."

"Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. "
