The room was clean and neat, nice tea selection and comfortable pillows/bed.
Unfortunately the ice machine was out of order on our floor (2nd) and had to take elevator to 5th floor. And the most significant for us was the jacuzzi was out of order. We specifically, 100%, wanted a hotel with jacuzzi as we were planning to hike Sam's Point, explore the ice caves and do more adventurous hiking. And we did. So it was very disappointing to come back and not have a jacuzzi to unwind in. We definitely planned our vacation/trip expecting to have that relaxing ammenity. Also, the day of our departure there was construction in the lobby which we could hear in our room at 10AM. Check out wasn't until noon and after getting up early to do those hikes, we were really looking forward to sleeping in on our last day.
