Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for...

"Great location. Multiple subway stations within 5 minutes. Easy pick-ups for ride share. We had first floor unit and was very quiet. Everything you need for your stay no further than 10 minute walk."
