"Very pleasant stay. Nothing was too much trouble. Was upgraded on arrival to a twin bed room which was easier access for me as I was unfortunately on crutches. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. "

"This lovely hotel is such a gorgeous little place and inviting as well, the room was spacious and clean with tea/coffee station in the room, with a en suite bathroom with shower in. We had breakfast in the Quant dining room area and I must say it was delicious, the server we had was very hospitable and funny. He did tell me his name but I forgot but he had a bald head and glasses. I shall definitely be visiting again next time we are up this end of the country again."

"My room smelled really bad of tobacco smoke, making it difficult to stay in. When I told the management they declined it completely without even going up to the room. In the end the manager said it might because the room was next to exhaust from the kitchen.."

"I was really pleased with the accommodation, and found it really nice. I was dropped off, so did not require the parking which was directly outside and free. The room was comfortable, breakfast bits provided and the shower facilities although not ensuite were at hand and served me well. I would stay again."

"Check in: Digital check in did not work and got stuck on telling me I'd have to pay 0 GBP without the option to proceed. I then went to a desk with a large sign "Check In & Out here" over it. After waiting a while staff told me I could not check in there either. Eventually I went to another desk with no signs and was able to check in. The staff there was friendly and helpful. Breakfast: Breakfast was overcrowded already before 7am on a Sunday. The food was good though. The room: The bathroom had mould on the ceiling. Otherwise a fine and spacious room."
