"This was the best stay, wildly above and beyond my expectations which were already high. The entire staff was incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. Just to name a few, Morgan, Rosetta, Joyce, Rosetta, Poppy as GM, Lucia, Evelyn and Many, Many more including housekeeping and maintenance, were just top notch at what they do. Herman as a ranger was just so much fun, so professional and knowledgeable. You can tell the park cares so much about conservation while the lodge cares so much...

"Hotel is nice and staff is great very clean. If you are going for business this hotel is wonderful but if you are going for safaris there only one in Gaborone Botswana. Not good for vacation there’s only business no pool. You need to stay in their other hotel travelodge is close to everything this hotel is wonderful and is in botswana"

"My wife and I along with our three boys stayed at Bakubong Lodge to relax by and in the big pool however at the same time be right next to and overlooking the beautiful game (especially zebras) just on the other side of the fence. That was very fascinating - also for the three boys at the age of 5, 7 and 11. We loved the game drives both during the early morning (06:30 am) and late afternoons (4:30 pm) and we were lucky to encounter a lot of animals including the four out of the Big Five. Only...

"This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. "

"Good stay. Everything was as expected and no complaints. Stage 6 load shedding while we were there, but the hotel obviously has back up power as we were not affected. Very convenient location for University of Pretoria as we were dropping our daughter off. "

"Didnt like the attitude from the ladies at the restaurant not all of them anyways.they communicated very poorly with us.And the other thing is that although there is a map it is impossible for the first timer to follow the directions correctly as the route is explained at the reception but very fast.we got lost several times before we got to our destinations. Otherwise we had a wonderful stay at Dikhololo beside those 2 small challenges hope they will be attended to soon "

"Why do you have to pay extra for wifi, while staying on a 4-star hotel? It should be part of the room pr. definition. Secondly they wanted me to to deposit R100 to use the phone on my room. Do they think I pay R 1500 for a room and the runs from the phonebill? They had my creditcard on file, too."

"Fantastic stay. Highly recommended, especially for the price. Only thing is the shower is one of these where you can't close it all the way, so the bathroom floor tends to get wet, and the taps are a bit finicky. The shower head is also not great. But other than the shower, really nice, neat, comfortable little chalet, with air con, tv, braai, full kitchen ,wi-fi, and enough to do to keep the family busy for a good 3 nights."
