We were not impressed with how we were greeted, the coffee in the room was not replaced on a regular basis which means you had to ask for replacements, the towels that were removed were not replaced. It is a basic human need but yeah, no water in the area during our 3 days there. It ruined the weekend but the staff could not do much. Fault should be placed on the owners to make sufficient back up plans for their Paying staff.

The room was super clean and comfy, the bed and pillows so comfortable and the shower is really good. Our room had a great view to the mountains and lake.
