"My wife and I along with our three boys stayed at Bakubong Lodge to relax by and in the big pool however at the same time be right next to and overlooking the beautiful game (especially zebras) just on the other side of the fence. That was very fascinating - also for the three boys at the age of 5, 7 and 11. "This is a really nice reasonably priced getaway with lots of activities that are extra. The Spa, Segways, Clay Pigeon Shooting and Boat Tours were all great. The staff are really good and attentive. The manageress of the place however is not a nice lady screaming at staff and guests alike. Dream Resorts should take action against her as they have a great product. "

"Overall stay was dismal. The place was not what it was advertised to be. I had to asked to have my room changed. The shower taps were not functioning properly. Tiles were loose in the shower and had mould growing on them. Towels were stained. Aircon was not working. The curtains were too small for the windows. When we were moved to the new room. The linen smelt really bad. There were no sanitary bins. It was very noisy the wifi is of no use as there is no connection. Breakfast was terrible."

"The only good thing about this hotel was that it is in a very beautiful location. It's on a hill, overlooking some amazing countryside. Unfortunately, it is terribly run. We didn't have hot water in our room for the duration of the stay - despite their best efforts. The kitchen was an utter shambles - it took them close to 3 hours to serve our lunch order, and more than two hours to get us our dinner order.
