"Overall, I was quite happy with my stay. The location was great for access to the riverfront park which was very nice to stroll along in the evening. My only nits were that it was a pretty good walk to get to any restaurants, the closest grocery store was nearly a mile away and the bed frame squeaked every time I rolled over. On the other hand, if you wanted to go to a Reds game you’re right next door. "

"The stairs up to the unit are very steep. Could not park in front of the unit to unload items. Parking garage is far away. There was no welcome basket of goodies as mentioned in the add. The unit itself was clean. A lot of outside noise in the middle of the night woke up multiple times. The owner was good at communication. Good food options available in the area "

"We loved this location! Charming carriage house in a beautiful garden. House had everything we needed. Loved sitting in the garden while our dog roamed around. Host was on site, and readily available. Would definitely stay here again!"

"The Location was great, area perfect... You could walk to all areas of downtown Cincinnati. I met with friends and family. Which was and issue with the owner. He wanted to change the price because my family came by. I did not know we could not had to meet guests outside of the apartment. We aslo had an issue with the lock code and we had to sit outside the apartment for an hour because the owner did not believe I was inputting the code properly. "Property was as described. It was easy to find and we felt safe. There were directions to get in for in case the key pad did not work, which it did not. Easy breasy check in. Hot tub was hot when we arrived, MUCH appreciated. Enough room to spread out and relax after a great evening of sight seeing. Highly recommend this stay! "

"Older Clifton home but super close to the University of Cincinnati! Mark was quick to respond and the house was very clean! Gayle did a great job prepping the home and we walked in with it smelling great! Would have been tricky with a house full to capacity with only 2 bathrooms and a small kitchen but it was perfect for our family to get together for my daughter’s graduation! Thank you for letting us stay in your home! I would definitely rent again! "
