"Quiet, clean"

"Generally a good stay with some inconsistencies. Room was okay but could have been cleaner. Carpet and other details seemed a bit old and frayed. Neighborhood was fine, though sketchy late at night. Pet-friendly, which was good. Solid but would focus on updating the rooms. "

"I was disappointed in this property. The pool was dirty and cloudy, breakfast was messy/dirty at 8am and the options were minimal. The convention center attached is nice and the room was fine. I expect more from Hyatt though. "

"Overall the stay was good. Check in was slow, no one at the desk for about 30 minutes, then they could not find my reservation. There is a weird smell in the hallway on first floor. The hot tub was out of order. Also there is no hot breakfast as advertised, they gave us frozen jimmy dean sandwiches we could microwave. But overall room was nice, spacious, clean. The kids loved the pool and the basketball court. "

"Smooth check in, accommodated a connecting room for us, always enjoy the breakfast, dinner and drinks included. Pool area was clean. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Staff was patient and accommodating to all the large groups and families hanging in the common areas. Cracker Barrel next door and other restaurants within few miles."

"Our stay at AC Marriot Cincinnati was an excellent experience. The hotel was clean and the staff were very welcoming. Everything from check-in to check out was easy and enjoyable. The location is probably the best feature. Gameday for the Reds was so fun because we were able to walk to the stadium and then enjoy all the restaurants later. Definitely planning more trips here!"

"This stay has been amazing. The rooms are clean and bright. The staff are all very friendly! The staff at Kidd Co and Mavericks are beyond amazing! There are not enough stars for how much we enjoyed hanging out with the staff at Mavericks "

"Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was excellent, room was very nice. Only problem with room was the hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing so we had no where to hang our towels after showering. I did report it to the front desk the next day and again when checking out so the next guest wouldn't be suprised."
