"Excellent hotel. Clean, amazing front desk staff. Only downside was the bar/food counter was out of several items. We ordered the grilled cheese and tomato soup but they were out of soup. Guy asked if we'd take a salad as a substitute. The salad was a bowl of arugula. No dressing or any other ingredients. We were too tired to walk back downstairs to ask for salad dressing.
Overall super great stay.... just check your food order before going back to your room! "

"I loved everything about this hotel. Me & My husband always travel back and forward to Orlando very often and I must say this place is one of my favorite hotels I’ve been too in a long time. "We would like additional lounge chairs at the pool.
Not a fan of pillow top mattress. Very uncomfortable when it’s old. Seating in suites are uncomfortable. Could have just been our particular room… but we stay here a lot and I see a change in upkeep. The common areas are kept very clean though. "
