"We really enjoyed our stay at Delek. They had some issues with the key to our room when we arrived, so they offered us an upgrade to a bigger ocean view room for half the stay, which was a nice gesture. They also gave us an extra free welcome drink because the upgraded room wasn't ready until 5:30 pm We came by rental car but parking wasn't an issue even though the hotel has limited parking. "Overall one of the best hotels in Tulum,the beach, pool and view is perfect, no loud music and still close to everything in Tulum where it all happens. Only thing which could be better is the difference between quality of food and drinks depending what restaurant or bar it’s ordered by. Don’t know why but sometimes the same drinks and food experience varies from time to time."
