"I was truly impressed by this hotel. It’s really beautiful and feels very private. It’s not super busy and congested perfect for the baby moon that had! Only thing was the beach had some sarcasm as we expected due to the season so mainly use the pool. Only downfall from our experience was not having the menu information for room service and the hotel details in our room, which I notified them about and they never were able to provide that booklet in the room. Other than that we love the gym...

"Secrets Mirabel Cancun is undeniably a beautiful resort, surrounded by breathtaking views and sunrises. Almost every beach front room has a great view but my recent stay was heavily impacted by major operational inconsistencies, particularly around dining and guest amenities.
Upon arrival, the communication regarding guest perks and amenities was practically non existent. Instead of receiving details at check-in when they would actually be useful, information and amenities were delivered to us...

"Overall, the experience was great and the kids enjoyed the pool. The adults enjoyed every activity and the water aerobics. The buffet and restaurants were amazing. The steakhouse was the best. The buffets were top tier unlike downtrodden buffet you get in the USA. We didn’t need to find activities outside the hotel because there were lots to do."
