"Yes everything was perfect"

"This resort was gorgeous and so much fun to stay at. The entertainment staff in particular was a highlight throughout my wife and I’s visit. Ari, Eve, and Santiago were always positive and took the time to really get to know us. Johnny, Diego, and Alex all made us feel welcome and celebrated. It was truly a special time. I loved the noon Zumba class in the pool and the beach volleyball. "

" All is well until the hotel decided to host Passover for about 1500 people that were coming in and started shutting down our accommodations. We ended up with three restaurants left on our last two days because they were accommodating the group coming in. They also forgot about their regular guest and were more attentive for the ones coming in, which was very disappointing."

"We greatly enjoyed this property, and we’ve stayed at may all inclusives! The food here was especially good- loved the focus on QUALITY not quantity as some all inclusives tend to do (like big buffets of mediocre food). We gave an “average” rating for property condition because there were a few areas that needed maintenance like pool tiles and the roof you look out over from one of the restaurants.
