"We stayed for 3 nights very quiet and clean room. The bed a little hard to my liking and the chairs could use some patting. But apart from that it was unbelievable good value for the money."

"En virkelig god oplevelse fra start til slut. Helt sikkert det bedste all inklusive ophold vi nogensinde har haft."

"Nice and quiet, perfect get away. Helpfull staf, good food. Fantastic place for the price."

"I dislike that we had to go change into formal/casual just to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in some restaurants. Our room was not near to some restaurants. So have to leave the pool to go change and then come back was the only thing i disliked"

"The staff was excellent and the whole experience was great. Plan on booking there again next year."

"Pools are great! Staff is fun and helpful."

"Los restaurantes, increíbles. Mi único comentario de mejora, seria modernizar las televisiones de las suites, pero es un detalle menor."

"The room was cozy and clean with ac. The staff was helpful about planning out our day and went above and beyond. Breakfast was also a very nice touch and enjoyed by the family. Would stay here again. Thanks to the team at Casa Gem."

"Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. "
