"We stayed for 3 nights very quiet and clean room. The bed a little hard to my liking and the chairs could use some patting. But apart from that it was unbelievable good value for the money."

"Everything was good except for 2 things : 1) we went the last week of April and the seaweed at the beach was so much 2) a dinner reservation system was horrible, we arrived on a Sunday and immediately went to guest services to book our dinners for the week. The problem is nearly all of them were booked up for the week already even though this is during off-season, which was really surprising. "Beautiful Resort!!! Buffets indoor and open air buffets by the beach were delicious and fresh. Breakfast had fresh squeezed orange juice, Champagne 🍾, made to order juice smoothies, made to order eggs and omlettes, fresh fruit, yogurt, and yogurt smoothies drinks. Specialty Restaurants were very good. Beach was nice. If you go down by the Palace the water was clear blue when we were there 4/25/26 - 5/2/26. You didn't even need snorkeling equipment and you could see turtles come up for air....
