The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Opletalova 30, 110 00 Prague 1) – open 24/7.

All necessary instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.



Please follow our house rules, take good care of the apartment, and respect the neighbors. Violating house rules will result in termination of your rental agreement.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.



Communication will primarily take place via the platform used for booking.



Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.



Follow all instructions provided for trash disposal and use of the apartment’s appliances.



Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number provided. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
