"Helt ordinært på alle områder, men når man ankommer med bil, bliver man ladt totalt i stikken. Man får at vide at man kan prøve at finde en parkering på gaden, eller i et nærliggende P-hus til USD 45/dag. Deres fitness-center er 15 kvm, og der er kun vægte til børn, samt en enkelt maskine og et løbebånd. En skændsel at kalde det et fitness-center. Morgenmaden er dyr og ringe i den lille restaurant. "

"The pool area was nice. The room was very dirty. We asked for an extra cleaning but that didnt make a difference. The room was very old and very used. Black mold in the bath room. We are not comming back we have had hotels to the third of the price being 10 times better. Dont. Ring kids because the pool is basicly an adult film area where they also are smoking pot. "

"Great service – special thanks to Ian and Samanda! We had a very nice stay at Gale Miami Hotel and Residences. A big thank you goes out to Ian, who provided absolutely excellent service – always friendly, helpful, and professional. He truly made a difference in our experience. Also, a big shout-out to the beautiful and kind Samanda in the restaurant. She was always warm and welcoming every morning, and made our breakfast moments really pleasant. However, there are a few things that could be improved. We booked a stay with breakfast included, but instead received a $25 credit to order from the menu. This didn’t feel fair – especially since we had to pay tax even if we only spent the $25. Housekeeping also left something to be desired. It was supposed to come automatically every other day, but no one showed up, even after we asked for it. All in all, it’s a beautiful hotel with great service – especially thanks to Ian and Samanda – but there’s definitely room for improvement in the housekeeping and the breakfast arrangement."
