"I have mixed feelings about this resort. The location on the beach is good and the hotel as such is also nicely done. However, it failed the 'towel test' Every morning at 6 am people are reserving sunbeds that they then dont use. Also there is constant 'entertainment' and way too much alcohol flowing which creates a spring break atmosphere, but with most guests being in their 50s. Very odd environment to be honest and not at all relaxing. Having said that the staff is generally nice and service...

"Honestly was just here to attend a wedding. All food was disgusting not edible…. Pools were dirty and hot and half the staff were rude especially hosts at restaurants. This place is a joke. The resort is big and nice but everyday half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were opened were to busy and you have to wait everyday. If you are not preferred you can’t go to certain restaurants and bars . Also Expedia said there’s a resort credit of like $250 ….. that’s not true it’s a scam...
