"Excelente todo: limpieza, servicio, la playa, el ambiente!!! Me encanta este hotel"

"We had amazing 8 days at Iberostar Cozumel. We had an issue regarding the drinking culture at and in the pool. Guests starts drinking alchohol in the pool before noon and some guests bring food in the pool too. We were very satisfied with the food and the surroundings. The animation team did an amazing job and all staff are very friendly and helpful. Diving and snorkling facilities are amazing."

All inklusive fungerer. Let at dykke fra mv. Idet de har egen bro. Dykining er forholdsvis dyrt på stedet. Undersøg evt. Andre muligheder. Aircon virkede ikke i fitness- stort minus. Husk at booke alacarte restaurant ved min. 3 overnatninger. "

I immediately noticed a smell the seaweed was being cleaned up from the Secrets Resort and most of Dreams except the last third of the beach. It was about a foot deep and smelled really bad. I started complaining it wasn’t cleaned up until Wednesday 10/14 5 days into my stay at the resort. That was unacceptable especially if you tried to eat outside of the Italian restaurant and it smelled like dead fish."

"To begin with we were lied to about our stay we were showed pictures of what our unit would look like and we got there a total different situation nasty I can go on and tell you everything, but it would take more than what this page would let me write"

"pool was condemned the pool and roof deck were not as advertised "

"The property owner was very unresponsive. It was missing a few important amenities, which we then purchased under our own cost. Although the owner promised that we will be reimbursed for the cost, no actual reimbursement was given. There were water leakage in multiple spot which the owner failed to provide any solutions on. The WiFi in the house was not functioning properly neither. There were rust on most metal items inside the bathroom, and it was very moldy. The unit sits right on the main...
