Nice stay with family
We had a nice stay. It was a bit more worn out than the pictures. The room was fine, but it would have been nice if they had cleaned the pool more often for leaves. There was a lot of noice from the traffic, when you relaxed by the pool. It was quiet in the room. They were not so fast to fill the breakfast when something was missing. Good idea to have a car. Helpful receptionist. Overall a good stay, especially for the price.

Air condition was very slow and noisy. Bathroom did not have light. Drain was backing up and smelly in upper room master bathroom.

Sometimes you may see angry customer rate a hotel because they are angry. I must say, this hotel has a good value and good potential, but I get a room with a bad lock which makes my stay not pleasant. I'm not angry about my stay, but I do hope they can fix the room so they will get a better rating from future customer. I'm really satisfied with: 1. The property looks beautiful, great landscape. 2. The staff is friendly and really trying to help. 3. Great value. 4. Strong AC. 5. Free buffet breakfast. Unpleasant things: 1. The key in room 205 won't open until you tried really hard. It's a lottery, I will say if you try to unlock it 20 times you may get a lucky chance to open the door. The more urgent you want to open the door it will not open, it's a psychology thing, it's frustrated. We can't change room because full occupancy. It's horrible since the door auto-lock, you really don't have a peace of mind. Super in convenient and I never see this before. This feels sad especially you travel aboard (in which you worry about safety). 2. This hotel is by hwy 307, no other restaurant near by. Hotel restaurant has bland "Italian" food (over priced). 3. No uber. Call taxi cost MX350 to downtown. 4. Blanket and sheet really worn out. The steps in room is potential safety hazard. 5. No wine promised by Expedia member. The staff first say they don't have wine but can give us other drink. But then they never offer the drink to us. (less a problem, but sketchy) 6. No towel hanger.

This place had the air of a business about to go under. The property was nice but the cleaning was not kept up - every lounger was covered in bird poop. Our room had significant termite damage in one bathroom, drapes were dirty and the fixture was bent, and lots of water damage from one air conditioner. When my husband tried to buy us a couple of beers, they were short on beer and available staff didn't know how to ring it in. All that said, we got a great deal on our room, and staff were lovely. The breakfast was good!

Decidí calificar para que otras personas conozcan mi mala experiencia. Durante la estancia encontramos alacranes grandes, cucarachas y chinches. Íbamos con niños, lo cual nos dio temor estar así. El primer día dijeron que fumigarían y limpiarían a detalle la habitación, cuando llegamos en la noche encontramos las camas sin tender y las cucarachas en el mismo lugar. Siguieron apareciendo alacranes. Se disculparon y ofrecieron enmendar la situación pero la situación no mejoró. Es una lástima porque el hotel en si es bonito y la habitación amplia. Ojalá que gerencia sea más consciente y tome con responsabilidad el mantener mayor seguridad y limpieza en las habitaciones. Por mi mala experiencia no volvería a reservar en este lugar.

Ya había sido huésped y me fui con un grato sabor de boca. Decayó mucho. La suite tenía mala señal de wifi, había cucarachas por todas partes, el agua de la alberca de la habitacion estaba muy sucia, las televisiones no funcionaban (solo una) ya que no tenian señal, la repisa del shampoo en una de las duchas estaba podrida se cayó y rompió el vidrio de uno de los frascos y me accidente con heridas de consideracion, no hicieron limpieza en la suite y el desayuno estaba frío y cuándo prendieron la lata de combustible cayó sobre la ropa de uno de nosotros y hubo un conato de incendio. De la atención no hay queja. Siempre muy amables.

The best thing about the hotel is how spacious the room is for the price. However, they've dropped the ball on caring about how they make customers feel. Our room smelled on the day we checked-in. It took us 2 days to get that fixed. Breakfast options at the buffet are limited but you have no options around the location. Also, they say breakfast is 8am-noon but on weekdays they won't refill the dishes after 10 am. You definitely need a car to make the most of this hotel as everything is far away.

For the price, I found the stay to be adequate for a frugal travelers needs. Its about a 15 minute bike ride to centro Playa Del Carmen, with a nice pathway on the opposite side of the hiway to take you there. (This will also take you to Xplor, Xcaret). They also have a bike rack outside which was nice. The daily breakfast buffet was a highlight and very nourishing. The pool and jacuzzi were available, but I personally never used them as I much preferred the beach. Seemed to have ample parking if you rented a car as well. Would stay here again if the opportunity arose. All the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming!

El sitio es muy bonito cómo lo remodelaron y acondicionaron para que fuera un hotel. No hay opciones variadas de comida y los horarios del restaurante son cortos. No dejan agua en las habitaciones por lo que recomendamos llevar la propia o pedir desde la recepción una jarra para tener disponible en la habitación. El personal es muy agradable y muy honestos, se nos olvidó recoger un celular antes de salir y nos avisaron que estaba en la habitación para volver por él.

Liked pet friendly. Didn’t like double beds when I booked queen beds. Very cramped. Hotel did not appear full but no room upgrade and room was directly across from the pool and restaurant making it rather noisy. Hot tub not working.

Muy buen servicio
Me gusto el concepto del hotel. Definitivamente me volveria a hospedar ahi pero si me gustaria que mejoraran el mobiliario de la alberca y la alberca tambien. La comida en el desayuno tambien necesita una mejora, aunque a mis hijos les gusto. Muy buen servicio.
