"Excellent staff"

"Nicely located intimate hotel on the beach, but steps from Fifth Avenue. We were warmly greeted when we arrived early and the rooms were ready and they granted an early check -in . We spent two wonderful fun days at the beach club here and Ernesto made the experience wonderful . Our rooms were side by side on the upper level and the views and balconies complimented the comfortable room and spacious bathroom . Check out was quick and we would definitely come back next time we are in Playa Del...

"Great"

"They consider themselves as luxury but they are really not. There were mice droppings ALL OVER the outside of the room in the hallways. Mice droppings in the staircase corners. They have an infestation!!! Also everything is made pretty cheap (furniture, decor, etc). The staff was overwhelmed with the occupancy the week we were there. Would not come back. Hector at the pool and beach was great!! And the lady that did the margarita class was awesome!"

"The hotel is beautiful, from the street and the lobby to the room. The room was spotless, quiet, and the bed, bedding, and pillows were super comfy. The staff (Alma, at the front desk) was incredibly helpful, kind, and friendly. We felt welcomed from the moment we crossed the door. The rooftop is also beautiful. "Be very cautious upon arrival at check in the hotel sets you up with a person promising gifts if we attend a short talk about some hotel discount. When attending it appears that this is a kind of “timeshare” scam asking us to pay a whopping 11,000USD and we are not allowed to see anything or think about it. Looking at reviews later of “leading vacation club” shows that it is a big scam owned by the hotel and a lot of people has paid this amount. The pools was full of algae’s during our 1 week...
